Get ready for Ireland’s most energising weekend of fitness, wellness, and family-friendly fun as Hyrox Wellness Festival Killarney lands at the Killarney Racecourse on June 28th & 29th, 2025.
At the heart of the event, which will include Hyrox with 500 competitors, lies a powerful blend of movement, mindfulness, and community. This two-day immersive festival is set to be the event of the Irish summer calendar.

Led by: Aoife Lennon
Aoife Lennon, founder of Vanilla Matcha, is a qualified pilates instructor and personal trainer with a background in psychology. Her classes blend movement, breathwork, and mindset for full-body reset and empowerment. She’ll lead two daily Pilates sessions, one energising workout and one restorative breath-focused reset. Aoife also runs Vanilla Matcha P’Lattes, a growing series of alcohol-free social events that nurture connection and wellbeing.

Elaine specialises in pregnancy and children’s yoga, flowing Vinyasa, Ashtanga, meditation, and breath-work - promoting peace and alignment for all.
Adrian brings a grounding presence with Hatha, Yin, and strong Vinyasa classes, making yoga accessible and transformative for every body.

Brenda Dennehy, podcaster, marathon runner, and producer on Good Morning Britain, is flying home from London to take part. A proud Ballydesmond native, Brenda’s personal wellness journey from addiction recovery to resilience has made her a powerful voice in self-care and mental strength.
